Baked is an artisan bakery in the heart of downtown Hopkinsville, Kentucky. We draw inspiration from all over the world with an eclectic spread that varies by day, while keeping some favorite standards in stock daily. We strive to put our best into everything we do and look forward to serving our community for years to come! About Baked

The historical building, built in the 1800’s was once an extension of the iconic Young Hardware store and was beautifully renovated to house The Miller’s Son men’s store before closing its doors in 2020.

Baked opened in December of 2022, as an opportunity for Heather Dawson and her talented team to expand on the concept that began as part of The Mixer restaurant that lives just next door.
